About
Brooke Shivers is a makeup artist based in Dallas, TX, & Atlanta, GA. She began her career with bridal makeup and has since expanded to special events, fashion, editorial, and sfx work. Her core style focuses on natural textures, fine details, and frequent pops of color. She applies these qualities to all beauty work, including her conceptual projects. After years of experimenting with fine art and creative self-portraiture, she has found an eclectic visual language that infuses her more artistic style with sfx elements, avant-garde concepts, and a love for drama and texture.
In 2018 she won the International Beauty Award for Best Non-Pro Creative Makeup and in 2023 she won first prize in the Little Five Points Halloween Festival Photo Competition.
Her makeup & photography was displayed in October 2023 at 500X Gallery in Dallas, Texas, and at the Little Five Points Halloween Festival in Atlanta, GA.
